Take care of all assets of the organization and repair on time. Ensure all safety equipment are ready to use. Assign the duties of Warehouse staff.Make sure every in/out of stock with proper documentation and gate pass. Manage transportation for deliveries of stock from warehouse to distributions .Take transportation from the open market to complete the dispatch plan. Manage logistics operation with best communication to suppliers,logistics providers & Customers. Check the PODs / Receiving are clear with proper signature and stamp by customers .Plan routes of dispatch against available customers order.

Received the stock from production after physical count, added into inventory report. Dispatch the stock as per available customers orders & ensure dispatch the stock to follow FMFO rule. Generate the packing slip and invoice for customers .Deeply coordinate with the sales team for quick dispatch of stock .Coordinate with transporters to arrange transportation for delivery of stock .Make all required reports of inventory, freight, daily dispatch and receiving .

Manage fleet of 168 vehicles, maintenance, fuel, expenses etc and assign the route for dispatch the stock. Provide the replacement vehicle, driver and helper if there is any absence. Ensure to complete the dispatch plan within time .Calculate the fuel average of vehicles. Maintain account of all vehicles expenses.

Received the order via email and arranged transportation for dispatch the stock.Dispatch the stock as per pick list / order.Pick the stock as per FIFO and note down on bin cards.Physical count the stock in the dispatch area before loading.After loading, again count the stock in the vehicle.Get the signature from the driver after verify of loading stock.Generate the Packing Slip/ Invoice in ERP system and handover to drivers for receiving of customers.Record all stock movement and deliveries in the system and prepare regular reports.Prepared report of dispatch, receiving, Inventory, transit & return stock.Control the waste/damages of stock and repacking immediately all wet and bad condition stock.Count the physically stock weekly and comparison with inventory report.Prepared the bills of labour, transporter and Security.
